Description

This module introduces students to a variety of key theories, methods and concepts in the study of Geography. It focuses in particular upon:1.issues in physical geography including, for example, theories of climatic and environmental change, geomorphology and the evolution of the physical landscape;2.issues in human, social and cultural geography including, for example, the impact of economic, social and planning policy on the development of urban and rural landscapes through time;3.basic field recording and identification techniques.
